When writing please include the following information.
- Your PC operation system (Windows 98/ME/2000/XP)
- Your Internet Service Provider
- Your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, other)
- Description of the problem (if any) or request for service
- Your phone number and most convenient time contacting you.

What we charge
* Estimate is free
* For service, training and support at your location our rates start at only $50.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour per visit.
* Please contact us to let us know of your specific needs and then we can provide more detailed information on charges.
* For ALL telephone/e-mail support and/or training we charge $2.00 per minute with a minimum of $20 per call /e-mail.
* If we are serving another client at the time of your call to us, we will be happy to take your telephone number and inform you of when we will be able to return your call to provide support and/or training.
